Leaf & Hide started with a simple question: why does good leather have to be a luxury?

I'm Ayaan, the founder. Before this, I built Craft Junky — and along the way I kept meeting the same kind of person. Someone who wanted a wallet, a journal, a card holder that felt honest. Made well. Made to last. But everything that looked the part carried a price inflated by a logo, not by the work.

So we built the alternative.

Every Leaf & Hide piece is hand-stitched in Jaipur, Rajasthan, by a small workshop of seven master artisans — people who have spent decades learning leather the slow way. We work only in vegetable-tanned, full-grain leather: the kind that ages instead of cracks, that softens and deepens with every year you carry it.

We don't add a luxury tax. We price for the craft, the material, and a fair wage for the hands that make it — nothing more. Craft was never meant to be a luxury.

What you won't find here is excess. No loud branding. No throwaway trends. Nothing unnecessary, everything intentional — from the grain of the hide to the weight of the thread.

Just leather goods built to be used, carried, and kept. Things that look better the longer you own them.
