SHIPPING POLICY

Every Leaf & Hide piece is made by hand and dispatched from our workshop in Jaipur, India.

Processing time
Orders leave our workshop within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Personalised orders need 1 extra business day for hand-stamping. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping within India
• Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking): FREE shipping on every order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): a ₹99 COD fee is added at checkout.
• Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please keep your phone reachable for COD orders. Our courier will call before delivery.

International shipping
We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe.
• Shipping fee: a flat ₹1,200 per order, shown at checkout in your local currency.
• Delivery: 10–12 business days after dispatch.

Customs & duties
• USA and UK: all duties and import taxes are included. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
• Canada and Europe: import duties or taxes may apply, set by your country. These are paid by the customer on delivery.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product, and we'll make it right.
