Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you carry. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.
Our return window
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at leafandhide@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on what you’d like to do. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping
- If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is covered by you.
- If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping entirely — just send us a photo when you email us, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
A note on natural leather
Because our pieces are genuine full-grain leather, slight variations in grain, tone, and texture are natural and not considered defects — they’re the mark of a real, handcrafted product.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or monogrammed pieces, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
